Hospice Taste of the Town will celebrate 28 years of tastes on Tuesday, August 16 at the High Point University Community Center at Oak Hollow Mall in High Point. Over 40 area restaurants, caterers, and beverage vendors are expected to participate in this year’s signature fundraiser for Hospice of the Piedmont.
Mark your calendar to attend and enjoy a wide variety of appetizing samples from area vendors and shopping at the silent auction. Music will be provided, once again, by DJ Wally West.
Entry tickets are $15 each and include 3 food “taste” tickets (children under 6 admitted free), with additional food tickets $1 each. Tickets will be available for advance purchase at Presenting Chef sponsor High Point Bank locations beginning Monday, July 18.
Proceeds from Taste of the Town help Hospice of the Piedmont defray costs associated with unreimbursed end-of-life care and provide special community services like the Grief Counseling Center and Kids Path program.
