ALL LEVELS HEATED VINYASA
Using a flowing series of postures to create heat within your body, you will increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Enjoy upbeat music, as the teacher first guides the class through the flow together. Then, each student has the freedom to move at his or her own pace. All Levels Heated Vinyasa is for anyone wanting to dive into a multi-level practice.

Ashley came to Yoga for the physical practice in 2008, initially as a means to alleviate lower back pain from Degenerative Disc Disease. As a gentle alternative to running and other high impact sports, Yoga was the perfect form of fitness; with opportunities to challenge the physical body with cardio, strength, and flexibility, while being mindful of posture and proper body mechanics.
Soon, Yoga became more than asana at the surface level. Compelled to delve deeper into the practice of Yoga, in 2015 Ashley received YogaFit certifications in: Level 1 - Foundations of Safety, Level 2 – Communication and Breathing, Level 3 – Meditation and Hands-on Adjustments, Prenatal Yoga, and Anatomy and Alignment. In May 2016, Ashley completed the RYT-200 training through Yoga Mindset in High Point, NC and LifePower Yoga in Cary, NC. Yoga has become much more than a physical practice. It is a life-long commitment to awaken on deeper levels: mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
